“I always get excellent advice on the phone every time I call for help, which is why I keep ordering them with you, rather than driving 50 mins in my home state to get strings from the violin maker. Postage is quick and I love the tissue paper wrapping. Nice touch. I never get disappointed with the customer service. Amanda”

“Lovely lady served us today, nothing was a problem. Picked up a new string for my cello and she put the string on and tuned it perfectly. My daughter commented how nice she was (she also loved her outfit :-)). Really pleasant experience. Highly recommend.”
