I thought the installers that the company used were very professional and friendly. I asked a few times during the day could I inspect what had been done so far which I was aloud to do. I am happy so far with the overall install.”

“We had a new combi boiler installed and old tank removed. The job was completed by 2 guys in 1.5 days and we are very pleased with the result.
My only complaint is that the lads were not very good at refitting the carpets and damaged on of the walls, chipping a large chunk out of the plaster (approx 50mm diameter) and hiding the damage rather than tell my wife about it at the time.”

I have investigated this and have checked on our Quality Assurance Inspection Report and there is nothing noted in regards to any damages caused by our engineers. “Heating was installed quicker than promised overall good installation , however several months later still waiting for them to secure several metres of Gas pipes left unfixed in Garage as recommended by their own inspector, sadly a little shoddy and unsafe really”

“Had the boiler for 2 weeks now and its great no issues. The Google nest is a great bit of kit. The engineer who came to install it was very polite and got on with it. He kept us up to date with what he was doing. Also the inspector after the install was very nice. I think we were lucky that not more work was needed to be done to install the boiler and maybe the sales man missed a few things like having to drill through our work top etc. But that didn't bother us much because we are getting a new kitchen. If we weren't would have been a different story. Very please with the service, thanks.”
