Good job done eventually but the whole job took 3 days in total rather than one due to an apparent lack of internal communication within the company. I met 2 electricians and 2 fitters; one of each was really great and the other 2 guys were pretty useless. 7 months on and the boiler is fine but I'm still waiting for thr 10 year guarantee I paid extra for, having received a 5 year guarantee certificate first, then a 7 year certificate and, today, a 6 year certificate from Worcester Bosch. Simply harder than it should have been...

Quick service and happy with boiler but damage caused to my kitchen cupboard on fitting and no follow up service call to check I was happy

Boiler Installation seemed to go okay. Although new valve on radiator blew the radiator and it had to be removed, with no replacement. Additionally, the boiler was plugged into mains as the electrician failed to turn up and wire the boiler in and set up Nest.

The boiler was installed quickly and was completed within 1 day. The gas safe engineer and electrician both turned up on time and were friendly and knowledgable. However, the surveyor demonstrated a lack of knowledge, made statements without any real understanding and made promises that weren't kept. He said that 4 people would do the job, 2 showed up, this statement was part of the reason we chose Simply Warmer over another company, so we were not happy that we were misled.

Arrived on time, quick to fit boiler. Had also asked for new chrome radiator in the bathroom, they used copper pipes to fit, just made the final look poor.

Excellent service, our house is a lot warmer than it was. The only improvement that would make this instalment perfect, should have offered a service to box in the unsightly pipe work .

Good service. Rep friendly and informative. No pressure to close deal. Plumbers friendly and efficient as was electrician. Hopefully the after sales will be as good!

I never write reviews but was so impressed with this service that I wanted to recommend them. We had a consultant come to see us within 2 hours of calling them and a new boiler in 2 working days. They were professional, courteous and very hard working. Our boiler was in the cellar with poor lighting yet they did an amazing job.

The house is much warmer now. Though it took longer to install because they had to replace a lot of lead piping with copper piping we weren't charged any more than the estimate.

Despite a last minute change to the installation date (due to unforseen circumstances), our old tank system was removed & the new combi boiler fitted all in one day. At one point we had 4 workers on site all at once (1 engineer removing old, 1 engineer installing new, the builder to patch up walls & brickwork and the electrician wiring the system & fitting our nest controller system). All the guys were super friendly & efficient in their roles & had us back up & running again with minimal fuss. Our home was respected by all, despite it being temporarily turned into a building site, with our carpets & floors being covered to protect them from the work in progress. The 10 year warranty will give us peace of mind for the years ahead & I simply can't recommend simply warmer enough. A+++++

Boiler installed ok but valves on radiator placed back incorrectly and new ones placed incorrectly causing noise and cluncking and company have failed to return to re set valves correctly and just tell us to lower the thermostat which does not rectify the problem

Hi Julia, could you please provide me with your property address as I cannot find you on our system. Also, you have noted the reference as "20/05/2015 - Boiler Installation", I cannot find any installations for this contract on that date. If there is a problem with your valves I am afraid that as the installation was over two years ago these will now be out of warranty. Also, depending on the make of boiler you have and the warranty length you have, this may also now be out of warranty. The engineers that came out to my property to replace my old boiler and complete the electrics were great very professional and I was very pleased with the work carried out. The only thing I would say is the customer service from the telephone staff was shocking. I rung them at 3pm in the afternoon after the electrician didn't turn up, and was told he couldn't come until the next day. I explained I was away with work the next day which is why I asked for the job to be completed within one day, which is what they promised but didn't happen. I was then told I had to get someone to wait in my property the next day so the electrician could complete the work. They promised I would be 1st on the list to complete the work the following day so should be with me by 9am. I got someone to wait in my property but at 10am still no sign of the electrician, I then called them and was told he is on his way. The electrician turned up at 10:30 and the person waiting in my property was then late for work. Over all the work carried out was good but the service was bad.

We are still waiting for issues to be resolved with the system before we could leave any feedback. As soon as the system was installed everyone left and we had no instruction as to how we use the Nest thermostat. The heating system has problems as when it reaches temperature the system shut's down, all the radiator go stone cold and the house is noticeably cold before the heating comes on again. Only one Rad valve was replaced instead of all of them as promised and the condensation pipe has been routed to a rainwater drain which we were told was illegal. We have been quoted for a condensation pump to be fitted but never saw this procedure. So as you can see we are far from happy with the system. We were called by the after market team who promised to sort these issues out and to date have not heard from anyone.

Well firstly the gent that came to do the quote said we could relocate the boiler all we would need to do would be remove the wall cupboard which we did leaving a large mess on the wall obviously when the installers arrived they said that they could only put it there if they remove the base cupboards as they could not get the pipes in so we agreed to relocate in an appropriate place. All seemed well after that until a leak developed and after 5 days of trying to explain that it was leaking through the flue they finally sent a builder to repair ...... god knows what damage has been caused

The heating engineer Phil, who fitted the boiler did an excellent job, I couldn't be happier. However, the job is far from complete. The electrician did not arrive, and cannot come until Tuesday, which is 5 days later. The soak away hasn't been done either. Therefore, we have no controller or timer and are unable to control the system other than constantly adjusting the temperature on the boiler. So currently, I am not a happy customer. I did expect a lot more especially when we were told it would all be completed in one day..

I found Simply Warmer very efficient from the initial consultion to the installation took only a little over a week. The rep that came to see us was very good and the engineers Dean and Brian were brilliant, extremely hard working and good their job. Overall I was very pleased.

From the first call the service has been impeccable. The work was clean tidy and prompt. All the guys from sales and installations to admin have been very friendely and a pleasure to deal with. The best thing about simply was the price.
