Hi Julia, could you please provide me with your property address as I cannot find you on our system. Also, you have noted the reference as "20/05/2015 - Boiler Installation", I cannot find any installations for this contract on that date. If there is a problem with your valves I am afraid that as the installation was over two years ago these will now be out of warranty. Also, depending on the make of boiler you have and the warranty length you have, this may also now be out of warranty. “Well firstly the gent that came to do the quote said we could relocate the boiler all we would need to do would be remove the wall cupboard which we did leaving a large mess on the wall obviously when the installers arrived they said that they could only put it there if they remove the base cupboards as they could not get the pipes in so we agreed to relocate in an appropriate place. All seemed well after that until a leak developed and after 5 days of trying to explain that it was leaking through the flue they finally sent a builder to repair ...... god knows what damage has been caused”
