“We are still waiting for issues to be resolved with the system before we could leave any feedback. As soon as the system was installed everyone left and we had no instruction as to how we use the Nest thermostat. The heating system has problems as when it reaches temperature the system shut's down, all the radiator go stone cold and the house is noticeably cold before the heating comes on again. Only one Rad valve was replaced instead of all of them as promised and the condensation pipe has been routed to a rainwater drain which we were told was illegal. We have been quoted for a condensation pump to be fitted but never saw this procedure. So as you can see we are far from happy with the system. We were called by the after market team who promised to sort these issues out and to date have not heard from anyone.”

“The heating engineer Phil, who fitted the boiler did an excellent job, I couldn't be happier. However, the job is far from complete. The electrician did not arrive, and cannot come until Tuesday, which is 5 days later. The soak away hasn't been done either. Therefore, we have no controller or timer and are unable to control the system other than constantly adjusting the temperature on the boiler.
So currently, I am not a happy customer. I did expect a lot more especially when we were
told it would all be completed in one day..”
