Best subscription I have signed up for! My meals are tasty and the kitchen smells like a restaurant. I have introduced my daughter and she loves them too. We both have a free box. The recipe cards are easy to read and there is a slip on the side with the shopping list to take off and go shopping with. 😊

I tried to cancel my order 20 minutes after placing it .. it was supposed to be a free trial box .. i have been charged £9.99 I have emailed 9 times in the last 4 days .. I am still getting emails from Vikki to say my box is on its way ... I cannot cancel yet because I am still in my 7 day trial period .. I am dissapiinted in myself for getting involved with this company ... their customer service stinks ... I will get my money back I will go to my credit card company and get it back that way .. its the principle that you cannot call this company and only have emails to make contact .. nothing comes back apart from the generic reply ... get your act together and treat your customers as customers and not morons stuck with you

SimplyCook has been a great way for me and my boyfriend to learn how to cook. It is expensive for what it is at 9.99, but I got a £1 box trial, then I paused my subscription and gave free boxes to friends - each time a friend uses the code for a free box, you get a free box also. The meals are fantastic, and they have a wide choice of recipes, from all types of cuisine. My code is https://simplycook.com/invite/BR8801 for anyone who wants to try a free trial. It's fairly simple to pause the subscription rather than cancel, so you can always pause initially while you sort out the cancellation.

I emailed to cancel my subscription but was still charged £9.99 because I hadn’t clicked on the link they’d sent back to cancel the subscription. An email cancelling the subscription should be enough to cancel the subscription I’m sure trading standards would agree and Martin Lewis.

They make cancelling ridiculously difficult. I’m sure they must be only just on the right side of the law. Sneaky. And the one meal I’ve tried so far was very bland.

Be weary. I feel tricked into signing up after partaking in one of their trial/offers through an external service. They then make cancelling hard. Arguably, I should have known better, but when companies have to rely on tactics like this I'm not sure how much to trust them more generally. Just be aware when engaging in any of their offers...

Do you really want to subscribe to a company that hides the cancel subscription box when you first subscribe and then does this when you use the button to cancel (yes you click cancel to continue cancelling)

The meals are quite tasty but sometimes come without the recipe card or a different one which isn't very useful. You can find them on the internet but for the price paid I think they should at least be complete. Have also had a few of the pots not sealed properly so are leaking ingredients.

It was recommended to me by a friend and didn't disappoint. I'm able to spend more time at home because of the pandemic but I lacked the creativity to think outside the box and recreat asian/indian cuisines. Have to say the vietnamese recipe and the beef massaman were very tasty. The company is offering a 4-person free box at the moment (cancel anytime without fees!)- use this link to get yours :) simplycook. com/invite/A7XQC6 Just remove the space when typing it into your search bar - enjoy!

I love Simply Cook, as a student it really gets me trying new and tasty meals (without breaking the bank). So everyone knows - during the pandemic they are currently giving out free boxes! Heres a link for you to use if you want to give Simply Cook a go! https://simplycook.com/invite/RXKG69 (btw, the thai green curry is amazing!)

Just finishing my second Simply Cook box. All meals have been excellent with flavourings and smells that I would struggle to create myself. Am going to try adding more ingredients to save some for the next day. Food bills are noticeably lower too. You can get a £1 trial box with free delivery using my link smply.in/DN7945
