The recipes and information on the first box you choose is fine but the 2nd box they choose and I wouldnt eat any of the 2nd box, poor choice given so im cancelling. Plus I didnt like any of the reccomendations I first received. You dont get a choice in your 2nd order. Stag away from this company they need to sort themselves out

Bad website, wont let you view whats available unless you sign up. When you do you find what you want is out of stock. Just show us what you sell before signing up. This is why i again tried to shop with you and didnt. Probably why you have so many bad reviews

I have had money taken from my account after I had cancelled. But did not get a box. Very disappointed I would not recommend this company to anyone

I sent for the free trial and paid postage not knowing that they subscribed me to monthly. I have forgotten my password and followed the instructions to reset. Sent my email reset request many times and have not received the reset email therefore I can not access my account to cancel. Not happy at all.

Purchased a trial box. Did not subscribe but took money for a second box, that I have not yet received and I had not selected any of their recipes. I contacted them and they said the best way to cancel was to log into my account. I have now done this and looked at what I should receive and only 1 of the recipes would be of any use and it is so simple you wouldn't need a kit. Feel very ripped off.

I ordered the free sample pack which I received I didn't subscribe to their scheme . I then received a second box which I didn't order , contacted the company who said it was a mistake and offered a 50% refund which I refused and asked for all monies to be refunded. They then refunded me 50% . At the moment I am attempting to recover my money and get my bank details removed from their system. I am not impressed

You took a payment from my account without my permission. I have not cancelled my subscription and will contact my bank to authorise them to stop all transactions from you. Tried to remove my card details but to no avail. Do NOT take anymore payments from me.

Last box didn't arrive at all. Poor customer service and long wait on replies to emails. No redelivery or refund/discount offered. Cancelled subscription as I am not willing to pay for something that doesn't arrive.

I had a 7 day trial and postponed the next delivery 6week they then took a payment out of my account and sent me a box I didn't even choose so frustrating. I sent an email which had no response yet and cancelled my subscription due to the fact that they did not comply with the terms and conditions. Hope to be refunded and they can have the box back.

Sorry I even had to give 1 star. I ordered a free trial and didn't know I was committing to a subscription. I had no communication from them, no offer of different menu choices. I didn't have an account so couldn't ' manage my account' as I didn't have a password and cancel the direct debit. I have stopped the direct debit with my bank. As for the product? Do yourself a favour, go to a supermarket, pick up some free recipe cards and buy a few stocks , pastes and spices and save a lot of money.
