“The wheel itself is absolutely incredible. The software to load profiles is also super amazing once you get used to the idea of it. I immediatley went out the first night and set a couple of personal bests on various tracks. The documentation is a little iffy. Two things I struggled with. - The quick start guide fails to mention you have to TWIST the emergency stop button to allow it to pop up and let the wheel function. Ideally, when you're displaying an error about emergency stop in the software, it would be a clickable link to explain the working of the button and some troubleshooting for it, for example. - As a complete novice to the TrueForce software, I was pretty confused about the process of getting a game running. Specifically, for WRC I was very unused to the wheel showing up with zero bindings (including left and right), and the fact a lot of stuff is just done "in driver". Ideally, TrueForce would have an "Are you a first-time user?" dialog at install that would launch something that would explain the general process (CHOOSE a profile from the Paddock, SAVE or QUICK TRY the profile, READ AND SET the game settings according to what the profile instructs you to, BIND all your buttons and then play the game.)”

“Ever since they were announced, I've been dreaming of owning Simucube's active pedals. I finally took the plunge, helped by the Black Friday promotion. I was very happy when I received them, very excited when I fitted them to my racing chassis, but very quickly became very disappointed when nothing worked due to a faulty mains supply. It's frustrating but it can happen with any product and any brand, it doesn't change the image of quality that Simucube gives me. So for my first experience with Simube I had to turn to the after-sales service. I found that the people there were very efficient (very quick response), very professional and really listened to the customer. After the usual checks, they did everything in their power to solve my problem and deliver a new power supply as soon as possible. Special thanks to Denis Tymann and Nea Lepaus. These pedals are fantastic - yes, they're expensive, but it's impossible to regret buying them because they're such a phenomenal improvement on what's available on the market.”

“Simucube creates the GOAT products in the sim racing market. The SC pro 2 is the fourth wheelbase I’ve ever owned, but was my first Simucube product. I fell in love with it straight out of the box and it’s only became better overtime with the updates. This led me to having interest in the active pedals. now with the affordable pro hitting the market, I couldn’t pass it up! I love them, I can’t see myself ever driving with anything else. I know now how much of a game changer high quality products were to my experience and performance. Highest-quality materials always from Simucube. Couldn’t recommend a company more than Simucube.”

“I received a bolt that didn't have a milled head. They didn't include an extra so my rig baseplate has one black bolt since I had an extra from Sim-Lab. Simucube said it was too difficult to send out a replacement and I should check a local hardware store. Not what I expected after paying ~$2500 for a pedal and baseplate.”

“I actually received my order yesterday, so it's quite fresh. The assembly experience is next level, coming from Fanatec then Simagic P1000 (which was a very good set) I can tell without a doubt that Simucube is playing in a total different category. I have just completed my first training session with my new pedals, have to tell that the software is so easy and pleasant to use. You think of a way to adjust your pedals ? couple of clics in the app and you have a whole different feeling. I love it and will surely love it even more in a couple of days when I'll have more time in front of me to play with the settings.”

“Impeccable support!!! I am very satisfied with all the service I was offered. Tuomo Kaivosoja was very kind, attentive and helpful. Solved my small problem quickly and efficiently. I believe that without Tuomo's help everything would be a little more complicated. Simucube is lucky to have you as a collaborator/employee. “I bought a simucube sport 2 + Simucube Valo GT-23 steering wheel. When configuring the steering wheel on simucube tuner I encountered difficulties! I sent an email to your technical support (Denis Tymann). This person does not Didn't understand anything about what I said. Denis Tymann gave me the wrong answers and through his fault I bought adapters that I didn't need! I searched for 1 month how to operate the steering wheel LEDs! I finally found the solution on my own. I am very disappointed with your technical support!”
