“Made an order and paid £6 for 48hr delivery. It’s now been 10 days since I made my order and every single message I’ve sent trying to chase my order or get a postage refund has been ignored despite them posting repeatedly on their Instagram story daily. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, I completely understand having delays but refusing to talk to customers and reimburse them when the product didn’t arrive even remotely in the time frame is just shocking! I won’t be ordering from them again.”
“I have made a few orders with sisi and seb. My first two orders were fine. In my Fourth order a peice from a toy was missing when I contacted them, they said they would refund me 10%. For a toy that does work because its missing a piece is a bit cheeky.. it would have been £1.20 off. I declined and asked about the returns policy. To which after a few emails they said don't worry and refunded me the money.
My third order is still to be delivered, I ordered it over a week ago, when I enquired they told me that some of what I ordered was out of stock..did I want a refund ooorr? no apology or offer of reconciliation.”
“I ordered a paddling pool months ago. I have not received it and I’m told I will not get a refund as I put in the wrong post code . I don’t believe I did. I have checked this and there is no such address for post code they give . I would never buy from this company again .”
“I ordered a few gifts with wrapping from this company to be delivered to my little sister for my birthday with their 48 hour hermes delivery service. The order wasn't delivered for a week, I emailed them about it to see where the delivery was, I didn't get a reply, instead I received a notification saying there was an order on the way. I've just found out the parcel arrived with no gift wrapping and with completely the wrong order, three items that I did not buy and my original order no where to be seen. A very confused sister who got three gifts that were not for her age. Poor customer service.”
