“Got double charged for an order. First time it was on a Thursday and everything was ok, the sale was accepted and posted. However on Monday I got charged again for the same order. I tried to email them but no answer. What's up with that?”

“I was extremely pleased with my item apart from the delivery, when I placed my order it stars next day delivery and I thought brilliant, as I required my order really quickly however this took two days to arrive and I actually needed it next day for a special occasion so I was slightly disappointed with this.”
