“Didn't actually have the product I ordered in stock. Annoying but was issued a refund immediately.”

“Unfortunately, 2/3 days after placing my order, I received an e-mail saying the stock updater on the site hadn't been working properly and that the items I ordered were not available. I was offered a refund or that I could use the amount as credit against an order. I chose to be refunded.”

“Well, I can't say that was a 100% positive experience to shop at sws because I still didn't get the parcel I was tempted by the promo "spend 200 euros and get free dhl shipping". However my parcel was shipped via Royal Mail and it takes about a month to reach Russia. So I'm a bit dissapointed. Why didn't they contact me to let me know that the parcel can't be shipped via DHL. If they did I'd prefer UPS in this case. Royal mail... Uh. For example the same situation occured when I ordered some stuff from holland retailer Fransboone. But they contact me in one hour and let me choose shipping method. So my mark is normal not to say poor.”

“Product arrived swiftly...items as described... Disappointed you advertised a promo code for free delivery....I activated the popup on your website...I took down the promocode.... (thankspostie)....but on purchase your website wouldn't recognise its own promo code...so I so ended up paying for my postage.....felt like a little bit of a scam...and I will think twice when I have the option of buying the same product from potentially two retailers in the future..”

“The delivery company had to call me to get my address,as it had not been given to them by yourselves. the only info they had was my tel no and the town I lived in. Not to sure how this has occured,as I cannot place orders without giving you all my details........”
