“Can there be anything more annoying than finding a totally fabulous pair of shoes at a great price on a website, to order said shoes, to receive an email saying they're on their way only to then receive another email saying they're out of stock! Aaaahhhhh!”

“After being told my item would be despatched same day I was then informed it was not in stock. Not sure why you are advertising clothing you don't have and then telling customers it is being despatched, poor effort all round I feel.”

“I ordered a product online which was processed and money taken, the following day I received an email advising it was out of stock. Usually product not in stock are shown as such on the site so I returned the next day to check and the product was still available to order on the Six Website Not a great experience”

“Customer services seem fine and quick to notify me the day after i made the order to inform me that the stock level shown on website was incorrect and item was out of stock. Refund was made immediately. Doesn't change the fact that this was really frustrating.”

“the price is much cheaper than Korea for stone island pants. and delivery is so fast. quite satisfied. However .... in spite of language difficulty, I purchased pants and shirts from you. but you don't seemingly care for customers, never answer back on my email and phone. when I called you, Naomi told me to send her an email. she also doesnt cares for me. (I don't know it is because I am foriegner) My friends or whoever considering purchasing goods from you, I would not recommand.”

“Item received had a small fault in the stitching, this was obvious to me on taking out the parcel, why was this not spotted and a refund issued ?? Now I have had to send back at my expensive.”

“Bought two items that qualified me for free postage , straight after I realised that I'd missed an item off my order so I bought that as a seperate order and payed postage . Emailed them three times immediately after this purchase to request they sent the three items in one parcel and refund my postage . They never replied to my emails and I got two packages at the same time and postage to pay ...very poor as I'd spent over £200”

“The service of the website itself is fantastic, awesome site and great choice of clothes, navigation and design is awesome... but I had a complaint to make and asked for a change of clothes and e-mailed Daniel, and never got a reply... So i don't know where I stood with my enquiry! I needed a refund for some jeans and don't know how to do it. Cheers Luke l.barnatt@googlemail.com”

Hi Luke, Apologies for the delayed response, I have been out of the country since Thursday morning and have only just got back into the office today. If you wish to return the jeans for a full refund plrease return them to: Six Whiting Street, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 1NX.
