“I ordered an item, was billed, got a dispatch notice, and then I got an email saying the item wasn't in stock and they refunded me. So on this occasion, not very happy - it seems very unhelpful to leave items on the site that aren't in stock. Otherwise I've been a customer. For a few years and have been very happy with Six.”

“Your website should not list items that are not in stock. My money was taken for an item that was not in stock two weeks ago and i am still yet to receive my refund, I am very disappointing with your companies services, I should not have to wait nearly 2 weeks for £375 when i did not even receive the item and especially before the Christmas holidays. Absolutely disgusted with this services.”

“Got double charged for an order. First time it was on a Thursday and everything was ok, the sale was accepted and posted. However on Monday I got charged again for the same order. I tried to email them but no answer. What's up with that?”

“Second time I've ordered from Six Whiting Street and second time I've not received my order because the item was out of stock! I heard nothing for 48 hours and had to email to find out the status of my order before receiving an automated refund email with no explanation! The shorts I trued to buy are still on the site in the size (32) http://www.sixwhitingstreet.co.uk/edwinshorts-p-6260.html?kw=&fl=1000&ci=53154466619&network=pla&gclid=CKXn77ef4sYCFYvKtAod2zgOSA I suggest 1) improve the inventory management system and 2) improve the level and response time of customer service! There is no shortage of menswear sites to shop at online and Six Whiting Street is by far and away the worst experience i've encountered, not once, but twice! “I ordered and paid. My order was refunded with no contact or explanation. Emails to the company requesting an explanation have gone unanswered. Appalling service.”
