Bought two items that qualified me for free postage , straight after I realised that I'd missed an item off my order so I bought that as a seperate order and payed postage . Emailed them three times immediately after this purchase to request they sent the three items in one parcel and refund my postage . They never replied to my emails and I got two packages at the same time and postage to pay ...very poor as I'd spent over £200
