Well, I can't say that was a 100% positive experience to shop at sws because I still didn't get the parcel I was tempted by the promo "spend 200 euros and get free dhl shipping". However my parcel was shipped via Royal Mail and it takes about a month to reach Russia. So I'm a bit dissapointed. Why didn't they contact me to let me know that the parcel can't be shipped via DHL. If they did I'd prefer UPS in this case. Royal mail... Uh. For example the same situation occured when I ordered some stuff from holland retailer Fransboone. But they contact me in one hour and let me choose shipping method. So my mark is normal not to say poor.
