“Excellent service from Six Whiting Street. Jacket ordered at 3.58pm, tracking showed it immediately despatched and en-route to the North East. 'Out for delivery' at 8.00am the next morning from the local UPS depot 6 miles away but not delivered until the following day and no further information from UPS.”

“Product was great and as described and delivery quick. However when I received the package from UPS, the packaging was soaking wet and so were my jeans. Fortunately, there was no damage to the jeans but disappointed with how they were delivered and at risk of damage.”

“Incredibly quick delivery but I would suggest shipping caps in small boxes rather than just in bags. I bought a Norse Projects cap and the beak was slightly bent went I unpackaged it, not what you expect when buying a premium product.”

“By far the best local designer shopping experience in Suffolk...on line on time and on price. Friendly staff. My one issue is that they charge for shipping...where almost all other major designer stores offer free postage...”

“Generally a nice site , decent selection if clothing with competitive sale reductions .. Superfast delivery , only grumble occasionally items haven't been available when ordered but always refunded promptly so is trustworthy”
