“Great range of products, fast delivery and service. I do wish you wouldn’t put the figures in each delivery, lovely thought but such a waste of plastic. If you want to offer then maybe they could be a free of charge opt in at checkout so those of us who don’t want one don’t receive them. Just a thought.”

Thank you for taking the time to review our services and rating us 5 Stars. I can confirm all of the packaging we use is recyclable, the tote bag and make up bag are also re-usable and are used as padding in our packages to save any excess packaging. I can also confirm the Kokeshi is made from a recyclable resin. Good news, we will be introducing a basic packaging option on our website by the end of the year to give customers a choice of which packaging the would like. “Wow! The product I bought is lovely! What a surprise I got when it arrived and in the box was a lovely smaller box with a little gift in with a heartwarming story as well as a tester of another relevant product and a zip bag and shopping bag!
