I was sent the wrong product. However person on the other end of the phone was very friendly and helpful. I won't have to pay for returns, although it is a faff to have to take them to a pick-up point. Was given an utterly pointless free gift of a little plastic person which went straight in the bin. The neoprene bag provided is useful however. The free samples were appreciated

Well I put in an order on the 03rd Nov and still haven’t received my product so I can’t comment on the product but not happy with the service

Our standard delivery time for Ireland orders is 3-5 working days, however due to the circumstances can take up to 15 working days to arrive. I have not received my order yet. I had a order comforamation email with order number but no dispatch or items arrive yet. 7 days since order placed and confirmed.I have emailed customer service so hopfully will hear something back soon

I normally get free samples with any order from skin city and I MOSTLY ONLY ORDER TRAEL SIZE PRODUCTS. However this time I ordered a full size product and spent more but got no free samples so was very disappointed with this.

I'm very disappointed. I paid £30 for a 118ml product, I had been saving to buy it since it is quite price and was very excited to get it but they sent me a 30ml product instead so I'm very upset.

Not really happy with the delivery and processing time. I ordered in the early hours of Friday and was told by a Live chat agent the order would be posted same day if I ordered now. Ordered and heard NOTHING until Monday after - when it was posted. I understand delivery and staff levels are impacted by Covid but you did not even have any customer service support from Friday afternoon till Monday. I tried email AND phone. I have ordered from another skincare company- who posted same day and received next day.

Every order is important to us and we want you to feel truly special when you receive your Skincity parcel, so we always take extra care to wrap your products beautifully and thoughtfully. Gone is the excessive packaging and hard-to-recycle padding. Instead, orders sent with our signature wrapping experience will receive our recyclable Skincity tote bag to protect and cushion your products in transit. Every signature wrapping order also includes a make-up bag, a free sample, a copy of Skin Health Magazine (where possible) and one of our Kokeshis. We have now introduced Basic Wrapping which includes minimal packaging a sample but no bags, kokeshi or magazine. Someone from our customer care team will be in touch shortly. With love, Skincity.

Product arrived promptly and as ordered and the price was competitive which made me choose this company to order from. However, the wasteful amount of packaging for a very small tube of sun cream and unnecessary "free gifts" that I have no use for would put me off ordering from you again. Please think of the environment.

Thank you for taking the time to review our services. I can confirm all of the packaging we use is recyclable, the tote bag and make up bag are also re-usable and are used as padding in our packages to save any excess packaging. I can also confirm the Kokeshi is made from a recyclable resin.  Good news, we have introduced a basic packaging option on our website you can select this on checkout.

I just wanted a tube of heliocream. I didn't want a bag or a dolly. I would rather have had a tiny tube of 50 lip salve for my handbag. Please spend the money on something useful.

The product may have leaked, as the bottle was not delivered Full. The postage was also not delivered on time. I had many messages for alternative pick up for postage.

Regarding your delivery queries I can see that your order was placed when our office was closed for the weekend and therefore your order was dispatched the first working day. Your delivery was received within the specified 3 – 5 working days of your chosen Free Tracked delivery service. I placed my order on the 21-10-2016. I have as yet still to receive these products. Today I received a notification from the Swiss post saying that the goods had to be taxed and that they had no documentation as to the value of the goods. Ho-hum!

I paid £50 for two tubes of SPF 50 Heliocare advanced gel 50 ml. As soon as I bought it, the same product was advertised to me on my email page and my Facebook page for £17.50 each. I really felt mad at wasting £15.
