Dodgy cheap and old products. My vitamin c serum is DARK Brown when it should be clear when new. Clearly they buy old products cheap that are no longer as effective

I ordered a skinceuticals product but the product that arrived didn't seem genuine. It is a very pale color like water compared to my usual skinceuticals products. I doubt the legitimacy of the product and therefore do not recommend SkinCity products.

Terrible - not for international shipments. They use UPS, which is the worse company for international shipments - takes far longer than the regular post office, requires extra paperwork to claim your order and charges you for the delivery through the roof (30 euros). They also charge you extra for customs paperwork, which no other company does!!!! Skincity year after year refuses to fix this problem and refuses to send shipments regular way even via regular post office to avoid screwing their international customers. Highly not recommended, surprisin to see such bad logistics and services in 2021

I emailed and called this company to advise the I accidentally ordered the wrong item and wanted to replace, but there was no answer to any pf my attempts for contact. Very poor customer service!!’

I was sent an email asking me to review the items I bought from Skincity 8 days ago. I would, if I could, but Skincity hasn't even dispatched my order yet. They warned that orders might take longer than usual to arrive in my confirmatiom email, but 8 days with no follow-up is pushing it. At the very least, they should email customers with an update and estimated dispatch date...and save the review requests until they've actually delivered on their end of the bargain.

I ordered my products on 30th October and am still waiting for them to be delivered. I have received no tracking number so have no idea where they are. On the same day I ordered products from Cult Beauty and they arrived 3 days later. Don't think I'll be buying from Skin City ever again.

Unfortunatelly I had to cancel my order. Skincity needed authorisation code for my transaction and couldn't understand my credit card never issue this kind of codes. Waist of time.

Arrived in good time however I was disappointed that when it arrived the product had leaked out of the bottle and was covering the box inside. About 1/3 wasted. Very disappointed.

Prompt service but oh my goodness what a lot of tat arrived with the parcel. In this day and age sending synthetic bags and silly dolls that are going to end up in landfill is UNFORGIVABLE. You should be looking for ways to cut down the plastic and unnecessary packaging and looking after this planet. Instead of filling it with garbage. I won’t be ordering from you again.

Every order is important to us and we want you to feel truly special when you receive your Skincity parcel, so we always take extra care to wrap your products beautifully and thoughtfully. Gone is the excessive packaging and hard-to-recycle padding. Instead, orders sent with our signature wrapping experience will receive our recyclable Skincity tote bag to protect and cushion your products in transit. Every signature wrapping order also includes a make-up bag, a free sample, a copy of Skin Health Magazine (where possible) and one of our Kokeshis. However, we have now introduced Basic Wrapping which includes minimal packaging a sample but no bags, kokeshi or magazine, you can select this on check out. Great products at a good price and average delivery BUT ridiculous ammount of packaging with 'free' stuff. A really cheap make up bag and tote bag and a little doll. I really hate waste, I didn't ask for these and they will all go in landfill. Appallingly bad eco unfriendly. Before the name change this was a great company. Will not be using again there are many more sites out there who do not send unsolicited junk.

I can confirm all of the packaging we use is recyclable, the tote bag and make up bag are also re-usable and are used as padding in our packages to save any excess packaging. I can also confirm the Kokeshi is made from a recyclable resin.  Good news, we will be introducing a basic packaging option on our website by the end of the year to give customers a choice of which packaging the would like. Received order nice and fast. Used for 3 occasion the neostrata eye cream and that is all that will dispense. Pumped over 100 Tried to bang a few x the bottom. No luck! Expensive product approx 2mm of product!!! Telephoned the company to say item was faulty. No replacement sent Told to send it back to them first. Told If they try it and it is fine aparrantley they will resend it back. If not a replacement item. That’s a long wait with no eye cream!!!! Christmas 🎄 Don’t find the Company at all helpful Won’t order from this company again. EVER!!! Merry Christmas to you too!
