“So I ordered two Paula's choice products and they came but I ordered them in specific packaging which was black in the picture but yellow in reality and also there was a tiny stain on one of the gift bags. One of the products didn't seem to have much product inside it and the two products just seemed over rated”

Our standard delivery time for European orders is 5-10 working days, however due to the circumstances can take up to 15 working days to arrive. “The order arrived in good time. However, I made a mistake with my package option. The items were bought as a gift and I wanted the recipient to receive the Skin City bag and cosmetic bag. I called and spoke to a customer rep but she couldn't send me out the bags, even when I explained it was a gift. Very disappointing considering it is also free advertising and I have been a customer of the company for many years.”

“It was good when I eventually got to speak to someone. However it was 3-hours from my first call, before I got a reply . Cant believe the phone queue was 3 hours long !”

“No tracking delivery but I payed for delivery not small amount. Nobody added for me free product for cosmedix.”

“The service for delivery was very good but why oh why did Skincity include a silly toy as a "gift". I did not want this ugly thing so I gave it to the charity shop. Don't include nonsense "gifts". They are not wanted.”

“Core service was good, but churlish though it may sound, as someone who cares about the environment, I was dismayed by the excessive packaging, and by the unwanted and unadvertised free gifts of a bag and a doll ornament. The doll ornament is not useful, I don’t want or need it and as it is branded with Skincity I cannot even give it away as a gift. What a waste of resources. By all means include a gift of a sample of another product. That can be used and may even lead to further purchases, but the other useless and environmentally irresponsible items would put me ordering from this company again.”

“The service is very fine. The goods were delivered quickly. To be honest: From an environment view the cardboard box with Skincity printed all over I can't reuse for another shipment. I don't believe that the nice silk paper with Skincity print can be recycled - not in Denmark. I received a lovely little doll figure, but I don't know what I shall do with it. It's a very nice thought and I appreciate, but for me not using the doll figure, I'm sorry, but it's waste of good intentions. I'd rather have the experience of opening a box where everything is done with serious and optimal consideration for the environment with reusable boxes and wrapping paper and none unnecessary things I didn't ask for. If gifting my with any kind of samples together with the shipment, I ONLY appreciate to have samples from the brand I'm using as I have a skin disease and can't use other brands. I'm sorry but you don't meet my priorities with your branding.”

“The order came quickly but as a returning customer (and former customer of Effortless Skin) I DO NOT WANT to be sent YET ANOTHER cutsie Japanese doll and a zip-up makeup bag with yet another tote bag inside it!! You've already sent these and I am surprised that you didn't realise that. And one poxy tiny sachet of sunscreen when Effortless Skin used to send several different brand trial sizes in a parcel AND that's even when my order came to over £200!! I AM NOT IMPRESSED!!!”
