“Second order with effortless-skin for products recommended by my dermatologist. Unfortunately they sent me one correct and one incorrect product. Upon contact correct item delivered with returns label for wrong item. Overall good service just disappointing that I couldnt start using both products at once.”

“Dear team Effort Skin -thank you for your coming back to me -but l cant add notibg feedback at this monent about for a my purchase because not have full week from the day wuch l have receive . Also my opinion is -have to be very nice to have in our box wich you send us -some tester abaut alergy reaction . Like me have youe the cream just 3 night and all the day l have itch and spot . From fuw day l gont use the cream and wait to calm my itch . Thank you”

I can see that you placed an order with us on the 12th of April choosing our standard delivery option. This usually takes between 3-5 working days making Tuesday the 18th of April the third working day. With the weekend just gone being a bank holiday it does tend to play with delivery times. “Acquistando per la prima volta su questo sito avevo un po' di timore che non arrivasse la merce. Invece devo dire che è una ditta seria. Ho contattato il servizio clienti via mail e mi hanno risposto immediatamente. Le uniche due cose per me negative sono i tempi di consegna un po' lunghi per l'Italia, ma forse normali (ca.20 gg) e il sistema di spedizione che purtroppo non prevede la tracciabilità del pacco. Nel complesso però un buon servizio.”

“Actually Effortless skin has made me quite unhappy with its promises of 10% of this and 20% of that, and actually they want you to spend upwards of £75-£100. If you want to offer a % of for your customers then do so without forcing them to spend a dictated amount. Apart from that the products are very good.”

“The telephone conversation I had about the product before I bought it was very brief and not informative. The delivery of the product was not good. The product was left outside in the rain so all the packaging was soaking wet.”
