“I am always happy with Skincity never a problem ordering on line or via phone the staff have great customer service skills and are very helpful delivery is within a few days I don't order until I run very low which is great the product is boxed up beautifully and always on time with some lovely gift bits which is a nice gesture”

“Products easy to find and good description. Very, Very fast delivery. And some nice touches within parcel, such as sample products. I love to receive samples and a small gift. Overall satisfaction is ten out of ten with Skincity.”

“Prompt delivery, received order the next day! Incredible customer experience, received a cute little doll, amazing touch and a shopping bag! Overall very satisfied and happy customer! Will definitely use them again!”

“Quick delivery and good prices and I always like a free sample. Packaging was plastic free which is always good. The free gifts were a bit wasted on me but a nice gesture all the same.”
