“Not really happy with the delivery and processing time. I ordered in the early hours of Friday and was told by a Live chat agent the order would be posted same day if I ordered now. Ordered and heard NOTHING until Monday after - when it was posted. I understand delivery and staff levels are impacted by Covid but you did not even have any customer service support from Friday afternoon till Monday. I tried email AND phone. I have ordered from another skincare company- who posted same day and received next day.”

Thank you for taking the time to review our services. We are sorry to hear this, we try to get all of our orders out in the first 24 hours of a working day but sometimes this is not always the case.
