“I am so impressed with the Skincity customer service team! On 08/05/2020 I ordered 1 x Dermalogica Active cleaning kit. The kit includes... - Daily Microfoliant - AGE Bright Clearing Serum - AGE Bright Spot Fader My items were delivered on 12/05/2020. When I open the sealed packaging I realised that the serum was missing. I contacted the customer service team via telephone and left a voicemail, within the hour I received a call back and was advised to forward a photo via email. I received a replacement kit on 15/05/2020, thank you so much Skincity for making this process totally hassle free and acting so promptly, it is greatly appreciated!! I also feel your pricing is very competitive - I have since made an additional order (oopsy!).”
