“Brandon helped me choose the correct engine for my old JS45. He gave me his private number so that I could send him pictures of the hard-to-read serial number off the old engine, which he was able to decipher. It just so happens, that when I was installing it, I was confused by one detail and needed assistance to get unblocked. I contacted Brandon by text on his day off.
