What few shopping glitches I experienced were corrected on the spot:
I ordered a sctatch and dent engine a while back that arrived with an irrepairably fouled carberateur. When I informed them of the issue, I was sent the replacement part immediately, no additional fees. Last week we experienced some minor confusion as regards my most recent order, and Tim resolved it over the phone - no big deal.
It's for these reasons and others that I will continue to shop with Small Engine Warehouse, and will recommend them to anyone who does outdoor property maintenance, and/ or buys, sells, or repairs yard and/ or agricultural equipment.”

“AWESOME!! Had the engine in my mower go down on the Friday before Memorial Day. Of course it was after hours before a long weekend. Ordered my replacement engine and Wednesday about 3:30pm the delivery truck was in my drive dropping off my new engine! Great service, good prices and Awesome Shipping Department got me back to mowing about 3 days earlier than I had expected!”
