“I called and asked about a new Kawasaki engine. Rob asked for my model number. In a matter of a few key strokes Rob said I have it in stock. I gave him the payment information and very quickly He said it’ll ship today. I received it in less than 24 hrs. Packaged extremely well too. Everything bolted up and plugged in exactly as the old engine.
The only thing Rob forgot was my Free Yeti Cooler and case of Hats.😂😂😂 Rob very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be using Small Engine Warehouse again.”

“The customer service representative i spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. The shipping was very fast and the company sent me email updates as the order was processed and shipped, which I love to know the status of the money i have spent. The motor showed up packaged well. Installation went well and the engine started and ran well, with just adding oil, hooking up power, and fuel.
The only complaint i have is that the manual that came with the engine was underneath the engine and soaked in oil. Perhaps put them in a bag and tape them to the inside of the shipping container.”
