“Had a minor glitch making an online order. I called them. A very nice lady answered the phone and quickly got my order taking care of. Plus, received my order quickly. This is a great company to do business with. I’ve been ordering parts from them for years. Now, I just need to move out of California to get away from our state’s stupid laws and continue to use small engines. “My 18 HP Briggs and Stratton Vanguard Engine (356447-0080-G1) was shipped fast (UPS delivered in 4 days). The technical help I received from sales representative Kurt Echelbarger was very helpful in making the overall installation process and final fitment (involved swapping out some componets from the old engine to the new) into my 31 year old 1641 Cub Cadet Garden Tractor very smooth. The new engine started with no problems.”

“it could not be hooked on the bottom where the belt goes, mine is 1 1/2 long and 7/8 of anchor, the original of the machine is 1 inch and 3 long and the part where it hooks with the plate of the machine brings 3 part screw, And yours doesn't have it in a screw, there's only the hole without a thread, I don't know what I'll do with it yet”

“I contacted Seth in a panic of a replacement engine for my lawn tractor and he eased my worry within 10 minutes .I ordered the engine on a Wednesday and when I got home from work on Friday ( of the same week) , the engine was sitting on my carport .amazingly fast shipment !!
