Motor leaks oil waiting on customer service to get back to me. Was suppose to be today on 7-1-24, but never heard from a technician

Engine arrived damaged. Instead of replacement made me wait on repair parts then had to repair damaged engine.

i got the motor with in 3 days of shipping and i have the bolts holding it on my simplicity mower and i have the muffler ordered its due in today or saturday and cant do anything untill i get the adapter to be able to wire it up so i cant use any of it yet its taking a lot longer then i expected it to take to get it running i wont set it up untill i get all the parts in. i have a yard thats getting higher and higher my yard needs to be cut and the company i mowe their yard to and they are getting ansy about the yard so i cant rate this yet i need the parts asap and the adapter is holding this up. yes i got the motor a lot quicker then i expected to get it but i cant do any thing else because waiting on the parts so i can set it up and get it running

Well. The first part of the order was fine. But I told Scott that I was going out to hopefully get him the right model number off the second motor I needed parts for. When I called back in just less than 10 minutes. He was gone to lunch which was fine and I left my phone number with the lady that answered and told her to have him call me that I thought that I had the right numbers for him. That I was wanting to add to the order that I had just gave him to save on shipping. He never called so I left a message on a different persons phone message and they never called me back. Not sure what happened but I am disappointed in the service I got

Rob in sales was great. Engine delivery was 5 days past promised delivery date, and nobody contacted me. I had to do calls and tracking to find anything out. Then, the ‘plug n play’ JD 90 retrofit instructions were done by some kid with a camera. The wiring instructions were vague at best. After calling tech assistance, after 2 days I figured out the instructions Deficiencies and got it going. Engine seems good. Support poor!!!!

I would like to say something positive, but can't after going on your website and ordering the wrong motor because of your website was not being helpful. I will say the wrong engine was delivered in pristine condition. Now I have spent way over my budget with shipping charges I shouldn't have had to pay. Lesson learned…….. I guess.

I would have given a 5 star but their shipping method has a lot to be desired. My engine wasn’t very well protected against damage and the plastic housing was cracked in two places. A wooden crate would probably solve that issue. The sales team was very knowledgeable and the engine arrived in two days from order.

I ordered a muffler and receivied it in an acceptable time. A week later a called parts wanting to know pricing on some other engine parts. An automated service took my phone number but no one has called me back. I got my information else where.

I did email you another copy of your Sales Receipt which we emailed to you on 4/29 when your engine shipped. The Sales Receipt does include a link to download the Owner's Manual. In the email I sent you today, I did also attach a copy of the Owner's Manual for you. The Owner's Manuals are downloadable from the Sales Receipts or directly from our website. We do it this way due to manuals having/receiving updates etc and it also does cut down on the amount of paper being printed/consumed etc. I hope this helps. Everything except the air filter ( which was over packed??) was poorly packaged. The oil dipstick was bent, the prescreen filter (with fine wire mesh) was mangled, and the spark plug had launched out of its box -I’m sure the gap is now off - because things were loosely thrown in an oversized box. Would have been much better if just in a padded envelope- frustrating.

It was not a perfect fit. I had to put it on with zip ties. But it will do the job.

The part I ordered did not fit. The description of the part and what I thought it was didn't fit. I was able to return it without a problem. If I could have seen a drawing with measurements would have helped .

The engine they recommend fit ok. The hot air blows on the controller causing it to be hot. Need to reverse the fan direction or put a motor in that works well

They seem to have a lot in stock and I ordered what I thought was to be in stock, but they sent the wrong item and apparently the one item I wanted that was in stock is no longer available, but still says it is on their website that it is. Customer service handled the item refund well it -would probably order from them again but a little hesitant

The 3 hole to bolt down were drill not tap.The motor surges when running.
