“My engine came in with no damages...me and my cousin hooked it up in about 3 hrs or less... started right up and runs like a champ...I had a unique situation... all my stickers were gone off my blown engine so the people at SEW helped me pick the right one...studied the wiring harness closely and made sure shaft size was right... buy a extra pto pulley because they rust on and we had to use a pto pulley and a torch to heat it up to get it off.. I'm very happy and this was a great fix.... o yeah the engine mounting holes on the block aren't threaded so prepare to get out a tap and die set”

“Got an engine that fits and runs. Small wire extension from old frame mounted solenoid (for the fr691v) to the starter mounted solenoid on the fx730v. Big wire for starter used the original wires, just joined them using a terminal on the old solenoid. Runs great. I never new what a good rnmming motor felt like on this mower! Awesome!”

“I have an old Husqvarna rear tine tiller that had a bad engine. I searched for a couple of years attempting to find a new engine for it but had no success. I spoke with a sales rep at Small Engine Warehouse, and he went to work helping me identify the replacement engine. As it turned out, the engine had been replaced twice by Briggs & Stratton and Brandon was able to verify the fit for my situation. I ordered the engine on Monday and received it on Wednesday via UPS. I put the engine on the tiller and only ran into two issues with the replacement. The belt guard had a stand-off that bolted to the engine and mounted one of the three positions of the guard. It would not fit the new engine but there was a threaded hold in the correct location to mount it. The engine was metric and the old one was SAE but I solved the issue by creating a shoulder bold out of a piece of steel rod and tapped one end to fit the engine and the other to the original SAE threads. Problem solved.
After filling the engine with oil and fuel, it started on the first pull. I tilled my garden and it worked flawlessly. When I finished tilling, I killed the engine and restarted it, it started on the first pull once again.
I am extremely pleased with the engine and with the very fast service that was provided by Brandon Branscum and Small Engine Warehous. In fact, I am so pleased that if I can find a replacement engine fo my old front tine tiller, I will likely buy a new engine for it from Small Engine Warehous as well.
