“They ran are credit card 3 times and it dinged us 3 times. Did not realize that till later in the day. They got it corrected the next day.”

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by running your credit card multiple times, normally if this is done, it is due to a billing issue. Normally the pending charge is reversed right away so that we can then run the credit card again. I did look back to the day you placed the order, paid for it, and picked your engine up. When you paid for the engine the billing address used initially was incorrect, the pending charge was reversed 13 minutes later so that the card could be run again (pending charge) with the correct billing address. You then came and picked the engine up about 1.5 hours later at which time your order was billed and we then captured the funds for your order. At Small Engine Warehouse, we always strive to provide exceptional service, and your feedback helps us improve. Thank you once again for your kind words and for choosing Small Engine Warehouse. “Great help and support to find a direct swap engine for my zero turn mower. It fit like a glove and the exhaust muffler fit as well. They sent exhaust gaskets to boot. Engine fired up and mowed about 3hrs without any issues. So far so good.”
