“I paid insurance for my TV for years, when my TV finally gave up, i had no number to call. I then cancelled my Direct debit, to get a phone call next day and asked id i wanted to reinstated. As i have a disabled sister i had to get tv out as i have no space to keep it. I was then told i wasn't entitled to anything, so i will never take insurance out again.”

“This was the first time /may be second .but I am quite disappointed with the service you are providing. I have been waiting for your service engineer to visit us since 8 .00 am and he hasn't arrived as yet. what a waste of whole day .I will definitely think twice about your poor quality of service. “cannot really write a review as i only purchased for a year from 12th oct 2016 cover did not start until21st december2016 pay annually but find it a bit expensive being a pensioner and widow and dont want monthly payments as i am on limited income havnt needed to make a claim so cannot say whether good or bad”
