“Recently, I tried to get a refund and i found it frustrating. They turned out to be dishonest, and despite their claims be professional, would have lost €12,700. They do not help me when i aske for a refund I contacted their customer assistance, but it had no effect. Thank God, the recovery company called madacovi. co intervened to save me and got me a reimbursement. madacovi. co website were able to rescue in this circumstance, thus I really advocate using their services. Please do not hesitate to contact them in need of help.”

“Engineer was quick and had the required part with him so didn't need to call back. The process to get your covered appliance is very long winded and frustrating especially when your disabled or have disabled family members and rely on that appliance.”
