“I had a question as I completed the online application and phoned them and was given an answer, however as I entered my bank details an error message appeared so I rang again. It appeared that a fault was on the system and Kevin patiently went through it all with me to a happy conclusion. At all times he, and Mark , were professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. As I am a septuagenarian technophobe I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Better still they saved me over £100!”

“It was eight days before an engineer came out to fix my washing machine. I would have hoped 2 to 4 days more acceptable. I also telephoned 5 times to see what was going on. Whilst the girls on the phone were very polite I was disappointed in the time it took.”
