No care for customers, pets or judges decision! Do a CCJ (County Court Judgement) search on Lenken Limited before you become a customer of Smartchip. The lies that they publish were given in evidence to the Judge who has awarded in our favour. Director MS JOANNE ROPER of MACCLESFIELD today dismissed the Judgement and stated to send in the County Court Bailiff to recover the unsatisfied debt! England and Wales Orders & Judgments Name: LENKEN LIMITED, 193-195 SILK HOUSE, MACCLESFIELD, CHESHIRE, SK11 7QJ Court: COUNTY COURT BUSINESS CENTRE Case No.: A6QZ5163 Date: 04/06/14 Amount: £244 Status: Unsatisfied Judgment Buying fake Twiiter followers and Facebook fans to give the impression of a popular company was a bad business decision. The lies claiming microchip numbers appear at the top of Ask, Bing and Yahoo was a bad business decision. The signing off of a database that is "not fit for use" was a bad business decision. But the decision to ignore the Judge and to force up the their own CCJ costs just doesn't make sense however you look at it? Since the terrible experience with SmartChip I have now gone through proper implant training and am now able to implant "Petlog" recognised microchips which are held on a proper secure database nationally (and across Europe) available to vets, implanters, rescue organisations, dog wardens, police etc. It's just very sad for the poor animals that have been implanted with a Smartchip chip which can't be re-implanted so are locked into the lies and poorly run database that Smartchip for the time being run. Take advice from a vet, a dog warden and pet rescue centre all independent of each other before allowing your pet or worse your customers pets to be implanted with a Smartchip chip.

From the very start this company lies and give false information about the service. They claim in the pre-sales information that the microchip numbers appear at the top of search engine results on Ask, Bing and Yahoo - this is again quoted on the small card you get with the chip number on from the implanter with logos of each search engine. When searched all three search engines return with no results found. Unlike other microchip suppliers they run their own database which is not fit for purpose, it is plague with errors and contains false information. Comparing the features or lack of when compared with PetLog the national pet database that is open 24/7365 that every pet rescues centre / dog warden uses to reunite owner with pet. Digging deeper the company thought it was wise to break Twitter and Facebook rules and "purchase" Likes and Followers to give the illusion that it is a popular company, the only downside is as with most things the company does it did it on the cheap so all the followers are from abroad with non-English speaking profiles. The customer service is absolutely terrible with promises of call backs that never happen. It is not fair to the customers or to their pets*. You can not microchip a pet twice so once you fall into the trap of this company your pets chances of being reunited are immediately reduced. A company started to make a quick buck, who don't even (to date) pay CCJ's made against them from County Court Judges. Expect to see them on Watchdog soon!
