“Overall it was a good experience but just need to add few things like the Front end staff should be well informed about the Policy pros & cons and the payment mode should be more convinient enough for all customers”

“I bought this health insurance last year and i am satisfied with your service the only thing i didnt like it it doesnt cover the ER . I have checked with your company there is no policy which covers ER else i would have chosen that package . Coming from UAE where i had a fabulous health insurance which covered OPD ,medicines , vaccinations every single thing . I dont mind paying high premium if i get all this in any policy. Try to bring that kind of offers . But so far i am satisied with this in patient services .”
