“I used one of the debit cards on which the website claims to provide discount. However, upon transaction, I was given no discount. Also, after raising my complaint, I was assured by customer reps that the Finance team will look into the matter. Till this date, nothing has been done about it. My point; customers should not be gimmicked through these tricks.”

“We are satisfied with the service being provided. We wanted someone who can help us in managing our health insurance hassle free and respond quickly to any queries we may have. The only reason I am giving a satisfactory rating is because until now the claims that have been processed have taken around 25 - 30 days to be reimbursed. We were hoping that with a broker in place the claims would be reimbursed in a short time not more than 20 days. If you can work on having that speedup it would be great.”
