“I opted car insurance from UBL Insurer via Smartchoice in the last months of 2022 from Ms. Natasha Khan; she coordinated with me and the company really smoothly. In Jan 2023 my car quarter glass was broken and the burglar stole my car panel and broke my dashboard also...I immediately informed Natasha and she launched the complaint on my behalf and within the same day after office hours I received call from UBL Insurer, set the appointment for inspection and the complete processing of documents and car repair was done within 48hours.... I thank Ms. Natasha of Smartchoice for her utmost support and I'm delighted that I made a right decision to have insurance from extreme hard working guys - a bigs thanks to all of them once again.”
