“Before approaching Smartproxy, there was a bit of billing confusion before I had resolved my situation. I came into the Live Chat a bit irate, but managed to figure out a mutually beneficial solution between myself and a representative Lucas. He was calm, collected and assertive, which is necessity for customer service. Very pleased with the outcome. Haven't had a chance to test their residential proxies, but I'm keen and confident on their service.”

“For a newbie such as myself, it can be easy at times to find yourself overwhelmed by the onslaught of new information to take in. That’s where the support team has been astoundingly helpful and informative. If I couldn’t find an answer or solution within the FAQs, the help chat has been my first go-to, and it hasn’t failed me yet. Which is funny because that’s partly what drew me to them to begin with; the reputation of the support team lol. Thanks smartproxy”
