“Adam Smith was very prompt in responding to my request to replace a broken window. In spite of the high winds, rain & cold weather he came out to do the job that he promised he would.
No extra charge, professionally handled the repair out in the rain and was very professiona, courteous and kind.
Thank you Adam”
“Finished my conservatory today and I can’t describe how beautiful it is, workmanship is so good, all the fitters have been very helpful and understanding”
“Had my windows done yesterday, sales rep was very helpful loads of good advice and guidance, fitters very tidy no dust left anywhere, even took the old windows away, would definitely recommend, thank you”
“I’ve used them a few times at 2 houses and they have done a conservatory this time
Very good, always friendly and workers are hard working and polite, cleaned up after themselves and good job done
Very pleased with everything thank you”
“Replacement of Conservatory Roof and 4 windows. The salesman was very friendly (as expected of a salesman I guess).
Work done was quick and tidy and dealing with the fitters was very pleasant.
After reading some other reviews I was a little sceptical however I am happy to report I am more than satisfied with the works done and would highly recommend Smiths.”
“I really feel the need to write this review because I was very nearly put off of this company due to the reviews. But I decided to go with my instincts and I’m so glad I did.
I have had a lot of work done in my home and truly speaking I always find something to moan about.
From the moment they turned up at my house they were hard working, polite, friendly and professional not to mention how clean and tidy they were.
Scott especially, absolutely credit to the company.
The office staff can be a bit slow with coming forward but I’d take that 100 times over to receive the service I did from the boys doing the work!
Highly recommend. So happy with all my windows and my front door. Thank you”
“Really happy with the work done for me and I would use them again, office staff were polite and helpful and although I understand they are working from home I was always called back after my emails within a few hours.
Would recommend”
“Very happy with the work smiths have done on my home consisting of new windows, door and conservatory roof replacement. The installers were very diligent and clean and the office staff I encountered were all friendly and knowledgeable. Would use again.”
