“I have used SMS Broadcast for a few years with a couple of different companies and have found the service to be excellent and the API very easy to integrate with in-house software. Over the years I have used other bulk SMS providers and overall SMS Broadcast stands out for reliability of service and value.”

“Before joining I asked quite a few questions, and always got a quick response. When I was evaluating the service using my free credits, they even made changes to the system for me to suite our requirements, this was before I even committed to using the service.I can say that this system is the best one I have tried over the years and is also cheaper to use both in the cost of each text message and admin time in setting up and composing the messages, also replying to messages is much faster and several other nice tweaks that make the experience much more user friendly. Recommend 100%”

“Using this as a method of getting IT System outage alerting that are time critical for users who do not all monitor emails out of hours. This give the great ability to get very quick notification at a very reasonable price. Faster than some other services we tested.”

“MOVED OVER TO SMS BROADCAST FROM A RIVAL. PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND SERVICE SO FAR EXCELLENT. A MEMBER OF THE TEAM MADE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY NUMBERS TO HELP MAKE THE MOST OF THE FUNCTIONS AND MY FIRST BATCH WERE SENT WITH MINIMUM FUSS. SO FAR SO GOOD !”

“The service is simple to use and very reliable in delivering messages with a few seconds. The options for sending single messages, bulk messages or mail merges provides flexibility. Pricing is also excellent, especially for small organisations who may not need to send thousands of messages.”
