Its service is straight-forward, pointing you in the right direction with gentle advice alongside an easy to use product, especailly for beginners or those who may be less tech-savvy when it comes to internet texting. You can send invidiual messages, past a group of numbers, or bulk import a list for maximum texting flexibility, and their pricing scale is unbeatable. As a membership body with over 5,000 members, we find SMS Broadcast to be invaluable for renewals, invoice reminders, and urgent notifications, and couldn't imagine working without it.”

“We changed provider to SMS Broadcast because of difficulties in distributing authentication keys with our previous supplier. Pleased to say that we found no such problems with SMS Broadcast. All very straight forward, easy and efficient. Basically job done !”

“This service has been very useful for our organisation. Sending texts creates a record which we can refer back on. The only drawback is that the user interface is a little unintuitive. Still, after some time exploring the different functions, you do get used to it, so I wouldn't let that put you off from trying it.”
