“Purchased the snotty boss and have used it many times. It’s so quick and easy to use and feel comfortable to use it on my 8 week old baby and toddler. Easy to clean and use. I wish I had bought this earlier. The carry bag is very handy so that we take with us when we leave the house. Highly recommend”

“Works well, if my kids let me get it near their noses. Bought it when they were both sick but they wouldn’t let me use it. My 2 year old has since warmed up to it and we use every day so when we do need it, he’ll be more comfortable with us using it. My 9 month old is a challenge, but we’re trying to warm him up to it too as the times we did get it close it got so much out.”

Hi Chanel, I'm sorry you didn't experience the normal great suction results with Snotty Boss. We always prefer customers contact us before leaving a negative review, to give us a chance to fix the problem or exchange/return/refund the purchase. We have checked our database but we can't see a message from you to report the faulty product. Did you try to contact us? Snotty Boss has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and a 12 month warranty. The suction strength with good quality batteries is 58-60 kPa, which is far stronger than a bulb aspirator. If it was any stronger, it could cause damage to the nasal cavity. “I love the Aroma snooze in my child’s room. I don’t think we’ll use the song or recorded functions. But I like the breathing red light and the cool mist. Additionally we’ve just purchased the Aroma Elm for our room and now I’m looking for one in our living space.”
