“I have never had such AMAZING customer service from any organization. The care and concern displayed by all the employees I interacted with was first class! Not only was my email replied to within 20 minutes, but the options/solutions provided were very easy to understand and thorough. When the troubleshooting wasn't working, the agent(s) provided a proactive solution that I would never have even dreamed of. I have always supported Sun/Snow Joe products, but now am a LIFELONG supporter and advocate! Thank you!”

“Snow Joe products are absolutely great and the customer service is extraordinary. Yes that is true when I had an issue with a product I just bought a couple of weeks ago. And so because of my busy schedule, I decided just to send them an email about it. And yes right away, as in just minutes I got a reply, and after 3 or 4 emails it was resolved right away. Excellent customer service and thumbs up to the guys behind the email customer support.”
