Emailed support, there was a very clear misunderstanding of the ask or issue. They mailed a part not even close to the area of the broken/missing part. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I called into support and to my surprise they are sending a full unit replacement. I am waiting on the return label still to return the broken one

I did reply already but yes thank you. I have returned the batteries using the ups label you sent me. Christine Reamillo did a great service for your company. I ordered two batteries prior and they are on track to deliver today. The two new from the warranty hopefully show up shortly after. Thanks for the great service.

It took a lot of back and forth, but ultimately, Snow Joe honored its warranty and replaced our defective blower. I can only hope that the new one will not disappoint.

So the customer service reps were excellent. My criticism is that SunJoe couldn't replace a $15 fitting on an almost new pressure washer. Instead, I had to take the entire unit apart, buy a box and ship the entire unit back for replacement. A huge waste of money for the company and a pain in the neck for me. Again the support was excellent.

I was very happy that it was such and easy replacement process I was a bit disappointed that the hose broke so fast when I had followed the instructions to the letter I hadn't had it but a month and didn't use it every day so that wasn't a good thing. The only negitive thing I can say is that I wished the company would have allowed and e change for shorter length once I purchased it I realized that I really only needed maybe 50 ft hose and I would have been happy to get 50ft as replacement rather than 100ft however I will make it work

I called and spoke with Alexander and I must say he was very polite and professional. He was very easy to speak with and explained to me where my needle clean-out tool was attached to my owner's manual. My real concern was the inlet water hose attachment (not being able to screw it in and feel like it was secure from leaking). I haven't had the opportunity to try it yet due to the weather.
