I spoke with two different agents. The first was a female with a very thick Indian accent and had difficulty speaking in English. She seemed to not be able to grasp the things I was telling her. When I called back, I reached a man that was easy to understand and was very helpful and got my problem resolved in 10% of the time I spent with the first agent.

I ordered a manual for my Sun Joe multi lawn tool. The agent was very helpful. It's been a week since I called .I haven't received the manual yet , but I'm confident it will arrive soon.

The experience with staff was good. But it was a disappointment that the first snow joe didn't work and I was put to the hassle of sending it back and reassembling a new one. As there has been no snow since the new SJ was sent, I will have to wait until next year to learn if the new SJ works properly. Thus, the total experience with SJ is still out for conclusion.

Some confusion in the shipping of the replacement. Tracking for both purolater and then UPS was not successful. Replacement arrived much latter than the original forecast date.

So the people that I dealt with got me my replacement hose, the issue I have is that these hoses keep bursting in a matter of uses not years, so fix the design

It took 3 months to get a replacement as I was told there were none to send out. Called back and there were replacements available, so tech got one on the way. In general techs were friendly and helpful.

They were quick to reply and took care of the problem BUT Im not real happy with how it turned out. The steamer didin't work. They would only give me a credit at SnowJoe and not give me my money back. I understand the policy and if I'd returned it becuase I just didn't like it I can see the credit but it didn't work. THAT'S ON YOU GUYS NOT ME. It was extra work for me to pack it up and send it back. In this case returning my money would have been the proper thing to do since it was your fault not mine.

Sunjoe Tech support was helpful, but overall I am disappointed that the parts I needed to fix my snowblower are not stocked by Snowjoe and have not been in stock for over a year! Belts are basic maintenance item for most snowblowers and its really unacceptable that these commonly needed wear items are not available.

Surprisingly tone deaf and ill informed representativesto assist with product support. Bought a new spotlight, received with defective battery which discharged after being fully charged by me with no use in 3-4 days. Contacted Snowjoe and representative asked that I provide a video demonstrating the problem.....huh ? This is a standard tactic with Snowjoe. I asked them to explain how I should video a faulty battery that discharged by itself over a 3-4 day period. They finally agreed to replace the battery. Not sure why a customer has to be subjected to this BS just to be provided with the properly functioning equipment we purchased. Problem is in process of getting corrected for which I am thankful.

Bought the SJ627E MODEL IN 2020 works as advertised no complaints. The only drawback is your crucial replacement parts belts and plastic pulleys have been OUT OF STOCK SINCE DECEMBER how do you run a snowblower company without these parts in beginning of winter & have no idea when they will be in SOLUTION get rid of your inventory manager he's not doing his job anyway

Not such a great experience with the product, but excellent customer service experience. Last year my wife bought me a cordless snowblower for my birthday in late February. It worked great the rest of the winter, but when I pulled it out this year it wouldn't start - good battery, dead blower. Not so great. So I called the customer service number. They took my info and promised to send me an email with directions to ship it back and get a new one under warranty. A few days passed and I hadn't received an email so I called again. They corrected the problem by emailing me immediately and shipping a new blower without having to wait. Gave me a prepaid label to ship the old one back. Very pleased with their response - now waiting for a few inches snow to see how the new blower works for me.

I purchased the smaller electric snow blower 3 years ago. We haven't had to use it that often. But this last storm we had in Cleveland was close to 18 inches. We truly put our snow Joe blower to the test. My driveway is very long. It did a great job job. The only thing is we had to get 3 extension cords that we duct taped together. I wish I could an actual picture of my driveway. It would make a believer out of you.
