When ordering from Sun Joe they need to make sure that they know what company the customer is ordering from HSN are QVC because they didn't know which one.

You should hire Americans! The girl who helped me is a sweetheart. She took excellent care of me. You should put brushless motors in your products and you won't be doing near as many warranties.

Within 2 minutes the agent had a total grasp of my situation and had verified that I had ordered the item from them. A replacement was out of stock but he found a substitute that I believe is better for me as well. Has not been received but I have total confidence.

I was happy I finally received my solar lights. I wasn't happy with the 4 times I called and was told to wait 36 to 48 hours for an email and none came with shipment details - it took so many calls. But in the end of this frustration I did receive my lights.

I had a warranty issue and the item was promptly replaced. I had to send a video of the old one being destroyed. Apparently cutting the cord and braking the plastic intake was not enough. I was told to use heavy equipment to destroy the mother. Ended up borrowing a sledge hammer from a neighbour. It was a little ridiculous.

My experience with Snow Joe + Sun Joe has been a very good one, a part broke and since they din't have a replacement for the part, they decided to give me a new unit; Unfortunately, the new unit was missing a part and I'm still waiting for them to send me the missing part. Other than that, their staff has been very kind, courteous, and very helpful. Felipe

I was disappointed with the quality of the hoses because they were expensive and I expected them to last more than a season. I had 2 of these hoses and neither one of them worked well so I am out quite a bit of money. I appreciate Jonas Lavares (Contractor). He said he would replace the hose and he did replace one. The other one, since it wasn't replaced, I am using as sort of a soaker hose.

Always ask about other options.. I inquired about an ongoing warranty issue from 2 months earlier that wasn’t in stock only to find it it wasn’t still in stock and I needed to wait longer. I then asked what my options were cuz after 2 months how much longer should I have to wait but we can replace it with another type of tank. Where was this option when I first inquired 2 months earlier?? All in all the replaced optional part came very quickly and works awesome. Definitely I would buy their products again. Now knowing how to deal with any warranty issues (if any) I feel even more confident in their products. It took a little longer than expected to resolve but good job guys in the end. Note this was just a soap dispenser for my power washer so nothing really important to the operation of the machine.
