My experience with Snow Joe + Sun Joe has been a very good one, a part broke and since they din't have a replacement for the part, they decided to give me a new unit; Unfortunately, the new unit was missing a part and I'm still waiting for them to send me the missing part. Other than that, their staff has been very kind, courteous, and very helpful.
