My most recent experience was a bit trying. The agent did not seem to be very experienced and difficult to understand. It took three-quarters of an hour to get my issue resolved. My experience prior to the last one though was extremely good. The agent knew what she was doing and my issue was resolved very expediently.

Well I had great customer service, friendly and respectful but the problem has not been completely resolved because the unit in need is not currently available. So the wait is on for a replacement.

I love the Aqua Joe sprinklers, I have five. I was surprised when I received my last one and one of the nozzles was missing, but pleased when I called and was told they would send a new one. But, then I received the return email and was very disappointed to fine that they weren't going to send it until I sent the defective one back. Summers are short in Northern Michigan so I wasn't happy I had to wait for my replacement and the person I talked to never mentioned sending it back. So I called again and this time I was sent a new one. Thank you.

The customer service was o.k.. The tripod system and spikes have to be used. But the spikes do not stay in ground sometimes.

I bought a 25 ft.garden hose. It sprung a leak within 2 weeks of use . MJ was my customer service provider. They got the hose replaced quickly.

I wasn’t happy with the product because I had only used the hose about 6 times. However, my experience with getting getting the product registered and in turn giving the info for a replacement was handled with knowledge, and the advisor that looked after me was professional and pleasant.

This experience is so much better than the previous experience. I bought an 8" battery operated Chain Saw in late March. It did NOT work. I called to get HELP. Customer Service & Technical support was terrible, to say the least. They offered NO suggestions to check out the saw. They did not have a replacement for the product. But I could have bought it at Home Depot or HSN. Finally, they are going to replace the product with a 10" Chain Saw. They will send it to me when I get back from vacation at the end of this month. Then I can return the nonworking product. Meanwhile, I paid for something that does not work. Hope for the best.

It was a good experience talking to the representative. My problem can't be resolved until I send the old machine back,it's in FL at our winter residence and we're here in Pennsylvania. Now I'm wondering if the company will stand by their policy?? We will see!!
