“Very disappointed with the customer service. Needed to return a radiator as the description stated horizontal however it was vertical. Tried explaining this however was told that I would need to cover the cost or returning which is £13 for a £63 radiator. Won't be shopping here again!!!”

“I had really high hopes for this company, as we are re-doing a house and wanted to put in multiple bathrooms. After a load of dud advice from their customer services, I have been charged for an order that has been cancelled by themselves - even though they said they would refund it. A separate order, which caused the second order got collected but the items were smashed up and needed to be replaced. A lot of bother! I would avoid and they still owe me hundreds of pounds.”

“Ordered two radiators which were both out of stock at time, when in stock was given a delivery date and only one radiator arrived and still waiting on the other. When contacted to ask why I wasn’t even given a valid answer unless I’m not sure is a valid one. Very poor”

“Brilliant service! Had an issue with a previously purchased item which was replaced immediately. Company sent a new unit in a dedicated van the following day to replace - couldn’t of been more helpful - very very happy”

“Tap is fine but I paid extra for next day delivery which did not arrive. Spoke to your office at the time who said they would refund the extra money I had paid, yet to see the money returned to my account.”
